Hope you’re having a lovely day.

I thought I might share this awesome cupcake recipe. They take 10 minutes, even with a little “helper” pouring things in, sticking her finger in the sugar and nagging to lick the spoon before there’s anything even on it.
Can’t get much easier than that! Oh, maybe except for my mum’s amazing scones, might share that one another day.
This time, three years ago, was awesome.
We enjoyed the most amazing week together and with all of our family and closest friends… snowboarding, luging, showing them around our beautiful part of the world and we shared the news that we were going to have a baby. It could not have been a more beautiful time. It represented the fun, adventure and love that we had shared together and was the beginning of our own little family.
Reading back on my posts, I saw that I had promised some photos of Ivy’s big girl room. So here they are. Not one for planning, they are not styled, but it is tidy so I thought I’d grab the opportunity. Try to ignore the stuff (and not the pretty stuff she has) all over her “kitchen” and I’ll just hope you don’t notice the other things.
My brother gave us this cute table and a couple of little chairs ages ago and I love them. I painted the top in the ever popular and now overdone blackboard paint and got as far as the white primer on the bottom half. At least the chairs are finished! Wow, did they all take some sanding. The little white kitchen has only been blessed with a coat of primer so far too, but how cute is it? I picked it up recently at a local garage sale for $10 and it is by far her most loved thing to play with.
